This is what happens when I sketch without thinking.

Not much explanation for this sketch really. I am having major difficulties staying focused...MAJOR difficulties!! So I finally decided to sit down and do something I haven't done in a while....sketch in a sketch book. This is the first thing that came out.

May has been a slow month as far as sales go on etsy. As the sun comes out and the air warms up, I am reminded of the many summer days I will spend at the Fulton Street Artison's Market in Grand Rapids, MI. This means it is time to stock up and get organized!

The Artistically Frustrated Poem

It's tough to decide what art to make next.

Maybe some clarity will come with this text.

From painting, to sewing, to hand sculpting clay,

and the list just goes on, its a very wide array.

So I sit down in my studio and start something new.

And soon in my head there are more ideas too.

Almost like seeing lots of things at a mall.

Feeling undecided, you get nothing at all.

I can't seem to focus on anything for long.

More ideas keep coming and soon time is gone.

Tonight I sure wish that I had me a guide

to hold me in place and to help me decide.
